Terms and Conditions

  • For enrolled members, every order of 1 THB earns 1 accumulate point. Customers can redeem 100 points to get 1 THB discount. The discount can be applied to online store only. (Accumulate point is valid for 2 years after which time earned.)
  • All items are delivered by either Thai Post or Alpha Fast Delivery and Courier Service. Alternatively, customers can also pick up their purchases at the showroom store located on Soi Ari 5 (North), Bangkok.
  • Free delivery all over Thailand for all items.
  • For international delivery of all items, customers are responsible for the postage and additional costs related to shipment, customs duty and taxes and destination charges. The company shall not be liable for any charges after the item has already been sent from our local post office.
  • After customers receive e-mails of purchasing order, the ordered item is reserved for 3 days after e-mail is sent. Customers who fail to confirm payment within 3 days, the company may assess as invalid order and we may cancel your order to protect another customers’ interest.
  • Any mistake from making wrong money transfer, transferring money to the wrong account or making transaction for the purchased items, however not to the company account, the company may assess that the purchased item is unpaid and the customers are responsible for the verification.
  • Demonstrating false transaction, any attempt or any practice to convince the company of payment for purchased items, such actions are regarded as criminal and the company will do the best to proceed legal action in order to protect other customers from the criminal.
  • Items will be sent on the next day except Sunday. Delivery time may take 2-5 days.
  • Customers are responsible to provide the company with correct recipients’ names and addresses. In case that the product is sent to the wrong destination provided by customers and the item is picked up and signed by another person, however not by the right recipient,, the company may not be responsible for any refund, compensation or replacements unless it is the company’s false.
  • In case that customers provide the company with the correct address, however the item is delivered to a person falsely claimed, the company will do the very best to track the delivery of the order, however the company may not pay compensation or send the replacement.

Products return Process Terms and conditions

**Any discount items, items purchased through special promotion or items which are not purchased at full price.
Customers may request for the exchange of defective items only, not for other reasons; this terms and conditions are not under warranty terms and conditions.

  1. Call 0909 279 707, 020 476 467 to contact customer support or send e-mail to ca@oandb.store The item needs to be shipped back within 30 days after the receipt date. Details of the returned item should be provided.
  2. Send the item back in its original undamaged parcel and pack it securely. Attach the parcel with business response document provided.
  3. Send parcel at local post office (Registered post) according to the instruction provided in business response document. No additional fee is required.
  4. Provide the company with tracking number by contact: 0909 279 707, 020 476 467 or sending E-mail to ca@oandb.store

*Product can be returned with no charge according to following condition
*All types of product can be replaced free of charge only once. For next time, customers have to pay postage of 100 THB/ 1 product

O&B Product return terms and conditions:

**Any discount items, items purchased through special promotion or items which are not purchased at full price.
Customers may request for the exchange of defective items only, not for other reasons; this terms and conditions are not under warranty terms and conditions.
We may not support refunding a purchase under this terms and conditions.

We may not support refunding a purchase under this terms and conditions:

  1. The returned item is in used condition or not in the original condition prior to the delivery or the item is returned without bag and tag.
  2. The date stamped on the returning parcel is over30 days period prior to receipt date, based on the delivery and courier service company.

    *If the company finds that the returned item is not in accordance with terms and conditions, we reserve the right, in any circumstances, to reject any refund or return. Customers will have to pick up the item themselves at O&B store, Soi Ari 5 (North), Bangkok
  3. After the company receive and assess the product, a full refund can be processed to your bank account according to account number provided in product return form within 7 working days.

*Under product return terms and conditions, O&B reserves the right of final decision in the case of any dispute.
*Product warranty terms and conditions (Shoes are excluded from warranty terms and conditions).

O&B bag is 3 months warranty since the date of receipt.
The warranty does not cover product purchased at discount price or sale items. (Warranty period can be calculated from date of delivery +7 days = Date of receipt)
For example, if the date of receipt is 1st of January, the period of warranty is 1st of April+ 7 days = 8th of April).

Product Warranty are covered under following terms and conditions

  1. Products are purchased from O&B stores. Invoice or complete customers name must be provided.
  2. In case of defective parts and broken zipper, the damaged will be repaired or replaced for customers.
    For ripped bag lining or seam defect, the company may repair or change new bag lining.
  3. Other cases which are not in accordance with terms and conditions above will be considered individually by O&B

*The warranty does not cover consequential damages that result from the use: stain, torn leather or other defect resulting from use.
*Damaged products which are not returned within 30 days after date of receipt may not receive refund in any case.
*Under product warranty terms and conditions, O&B reserves the right of final decision in the case of any dispute.

Product Return Process:

  1. Call 0909 279 707, 020 476 467 to contact customer support or send e-mail to ca@oandb.store Return the item within 30 days after the receipt date with the detail provided or alternatively contact directly at the showroom store located on Soi Ari 5 (North), Bangkok.
  2. Send the item back in its original undamaged parcel and pack it securely. Attach the parcel with business response document provided. Send parcel at local post office (Registered post) according to the instruction provided in business response document. No additional fee is required

Customers purchase products from our company and receive purchase order confirmation form, you agree with all terms and conditions regarding service, purchasing and product return.
